FIREARM SHIPPING POLICY

When placing an order for a firearm(s), you must specify a local FFL dealer to receive the firearm(s). Upon arrival at the FFL dealer, carefully inspect the firearm(s) before accepting the transfer. Once the transfer is completed and the firearm(s) are in your possession, they are no longer eligible for return or exchange. FoldAR is not responsible for selection of an FFL for the required ATF 4473. The customer is responsible for contacting the chosen FFL to ensure that they will transfer the product being purchased. Any returns due to purchaser’s choice of FFL is subject to a 35% restocking fee.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY (prior to shipping)

Canceling orders that are awaiting fulfillment but have not been shipped will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If the cancellation request is received after your order has been built and tracking information has been created it is considered a RETURN and is subject to a 35% restocking fee.  This fee is to offset the cost of credit card processing fees and the labor required to ensure the cancelled order does not ship. EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, please review the following guidelines:

FIREARMS

Upon completion of 4473 transfer to the end user the FoldAR firearm is no longer eligible for exchange. Firearms may only be exchanged with prior authorization from FoldAR and within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided the firearm is in new, unused and unaltered conditions, including the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once the firearm is received at our warehouse, we will process the exchange in the form of a Store Credit available to use on your exchange purchase. Excludes NFA and Special orders. You must acquire prior authorization from FoldAR.

Non-FIREARMS

FoldAR non-firearm products may be exchanged within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided the product(s) are in new, unused and unaltered condition. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once the FoldAR product is received at our warehouse, we will process the exchange in the form of a Store Credit available to use on your exchange purchase. You must acquire prior authorization from FoldAR.

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If you wish to return your FoldAR product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding original shipping and insurance costs, provided the return meets the following conditions. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.

FIREARM RETURNS

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Excludes special orders, BLEM (blemished), Sale items or Used items. You must acquire prior authorization from FoldAR.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & WARRANTY POLICY

FoldAR stands behind all FoldAR products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee against material and workmanship defects. If an issue arises, we will repair or replace the product. This guarantee does not cover damage from third-party installations. Please retain your sales receipt for any claims.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers all manufacturer defects on all FoldAR products. This warranty does not cover non FoldAR products sold through FoldAR. To request service, obtain a Repair Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning the product. Upon receipt, we will promptly repair or replace it. FoldAR is not responsible for damage to aftermarket accessories during the warranty process.

For lifetime warranty, exchange/refund on unused FoldAR products, please complete the required Warranty & Returns – FoldAR Form.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

FoldAR does not accept exchanges or returns on: NFA, Special orders, Used, blemished (purchased as BLEM), Sale, and Firearms once it has been transferred to the end user through the FFL (Form 4473 completed and approved).

DISCLAIMERS

  • Route shipping insurance protection is optional, customers must provide sufficient insurance to cover the product’s value, including tax. FoldAR is not liable for any damage, lost or stolen packages.
  • Returns and Exchanges will not be processed without prior approval from FoldAR. Unauthorized returns or items not in original condition will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • FoldAR reserves the right to repair, refund, or exchange defective products at its sole discretion.
  • A 35% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. No Exceptions. 
  • Sale items are final and non-refundable.
  • Firearms must be shipped via UPS or FedEx with an adult signature required. They must not be loaded or packaged with ammunition.
  • Returned merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging and shipped in a protective box.
  • Full refunds, including shipping, are only issued for returns resulting from a FoldAR error. 
  • Refunds for purchases made directly from FoldAR will be credited to the original payment method. A receipt or sales order number is required for processing.
  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Returns are processed within 15 days of receipt. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on the credit card provider. Customers will be notified via email once the return has been processed.

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIMES

Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. Flat-rate shipping costs are based on the order total. Refer to this at checkout when placing your order. A shipping provider will be selected based upon the size, contents, and value of the product being shipped at the discretion of FoldAR. Standard USPS Shipping (5-8 Business Days) FedEx-UPS Ground (3-5 Business Days) Carrier Tracking number will be listed on our website under your order details once shipped.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If the product has been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, but is faulty, unfit for purpose, or does not match the sample or description please return the product to us with a copy of your invoice. We may send the product to the manufacturer’s service agent for assessment. Where the product is determined faulty or unfit for purpose, we will provide you with a refund or exchange. Please complete the RMA Form found on our Warranty & Returns Page to obtain an RMA Number.

ITAR SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain items sold, distributed and/or manufactured by FoldAR may be subject to export and foreign trade control laws of the United States. These laws include the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 C.F.R section 120-130 (“ITAR”), and the Export Administration Regulations, 15 C.F.R. section 730-774, (“EAR”).

By purchasing any items from FoldAR, Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser is familiar with and will comply with all requirements imposed by ITAR and EAR regulations, and other applicable laws.

Purchaser further acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser is a U.S. Person, and does not intend to export such items after receipt from FoldAR without U.S. Government export authorization.

FoldAR reserves the right to suspend any transaction, if it has reason to believe that the transaction would require an export license or prohibited from exporting to the embargoed and sanctioned countries per the U.S. government and the United Nation Security Council.
