Locking Hook Upgrade Kit

New for 2024! Replace your old Locking Hook with our upgrade kit.
With many improved features, but still made from QPQ Melonite coated and heat treated 4140 alloy steel, our new Locking Hook is easy to install and guaranteed to last.

Its new hook tip geometry, heat treat and coating process improves deployment speed, consistency, and long-term reliability. Along with this, we replaced the old press-fit hook pin with a QPQ coated 17-4 stainless steel floating pin retained by a snap ring, and we added stainless steel disk washers to create consistent rotational resistance, which is necessary for reliable deployment.

Our upgraded Locking Hook comes standard on FoldAR products as of Jan 1, 2024.
