25 years later, and as the One Rifle story began to unfold, Mr. Hall stood outside Columbine High School with his fully configured FoldAR suppressed rifle. And there in that moment, looking towards Rachel Joy Scott’s predestination, he decided to reform FoldAR’s mission: “To put a Concealed Carry Rifle on the back of every well-trained and able school security officer in the nation”. Falsely implicated in the Columbine Massacre of 1999 for a brief moment as a teenager, Mr. Hall unknowingly committed himself to participate in God’s plan of bringing His children back to their territory; a promise made by God to Rachel, the first to fall at Columbine.
As a result, FoldAR currently helps protect over 400,000 students nationwide, a rapidly growing figure.
Prefacing the most unlikely firearms development story, Mr. Hall began his career designing AR-platform firearms in 2006 after being approached by LWRC to help design their SABR, which was originally proposed as a multi-role field-configurable piston-operated AR-10. Although LWRC prematurely abandoned the concept of a multi-role field-configurable weapon system, upon successful completion of Mr. Hall’s work, the SABR was born. It was then renamed as the “REPR”, thereafter becoming LWRC’s flagship product.
FoldAR has its roots starting in Mr. Hall’s Leander, TX garage with a basic CNC machine in 2009. Between 2009 and 2016, Mr. Hall designed and made high-precision AR’s, including the world’s first long-action AR in 338 Lapua Mag. In 2016, Mr. Hall developed and patented the folding AR-10 and AR-15 (US Patent 9,995,556), and then created the FoldAR brand in 2018. Now, Mr. Hall focuses on developing new products, expanding FoldAR’s manufacturing capabilities, and pursuing the execution of FoldAR’s new mission to put a Concealed Carry Rifle on the back of every School Resource Officer in the nation.
In total, Mr. Hall has 26 years’ experience in complex product design and advanced manufacturing strategies. As an inventor, he has been granted 8 utility patents, bringing 5 to market, with several more in claim-development.
Mr. Hall is an honorably discharged US Navy Veteran.
